The market is finally moving again, with new hope and optimism for a continued recovery this year! Many prices are great, and mortgages have great rates. Investment properties are hot, and Waterfront homes are pretty affordable. The good stuff is selling faster, so don't expect a deal to sit around forever. It's also a great time to move-up into a premium neighborhood, if you don't have to sell or you have equity in your home, and new home developers are offering killer deals.
